We offer flexible terms and clear communication throughout the entire purchase process.

All vehicles are available in our showroom and are ready for pickup or delivery once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Vehicles listed as "Partner"

The terms of sale for these vehicles are established by our partners and are not negotiable. To learn more about our partners, please visit our “Our Partners” page.

These vehicles are offered by our partners through online auctions via our platform. They originate from defaulted financing agreements, including loans, leases, and credit contracts, and have been recovered from private debtors or dealerships subject to insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings. Since a significant portion of their initial value has already been covered, our partners are able to offer these vehicles at highly competitive prices for a faster sale. Vehicle Location

These vehicles are not physically located at our premises, as they remain under the ownership of our partners until the purchase process is completed.

Most Partner vehicles are sourced from Germany and stored in secure, specialised regional logistics centres in their country of origin, managed by our partners. The country of origin is clearly indicated in each vehicle listing.

These centres do not operate as traditional dealerships open to the public. In addition to vehicles, they may hold other high-value assets, such as collector vehicles, works of art, and other assets recovered through judicial proceedings. For security reasons and to protect the assets in custody, potential buyers are not permitted to access these facilities for visits or pre-purchase test drives.

For this reason, "Partner" vehicles are offered through an online purchase process with specific conditions and a dedicated buyer protection system.

Vehicle Inspection and Condition

Every vehicle listed on our platform undergoes a thorough inspection by certified mechanics to verify its condition and ensure that the information provided in the listing is accurate.

We only accept vehicles for sale on our platform if they meet our required standards, including excellent overall condition, no recorded accident history, verified mileage, and a complete service history.

Before the vehicle is handed over or delivered, we carry out a final inspection at an official manufacturer-authorised service centre. The inspection report is provided to the buyer before delivery, ensuring transparency regarding the vehicle’s condition.

Purchase Options

These vehicles are available for purchase by both private individuals and businesses.

Private individuals cannot participate in the auction. However, they can purchase a vehicle using the “Buy Now” option. Selecting this option immediately withdraws the vehicle from the auction and reserves it for purchase at the listed “Buy Now” price.

Businesses can participate in the auction using the “Bid Now” option, giving them the opportunity to purchase the vehicle at a lower price if their bid is successful.

Buyer Protection

Once the vehicle has been received, the buyer has 5 business days to inspect the vehicle and up to 600 km to test-drive it. During this period, the buyer may personally inspect the vehicle, carry out a test drive, and, if desired, take it to an official manufacturer-authorised service centre for a complete inspection.

If the vehicle does not correspond to the photographs, description, or equipment specified in the Sales Agreement, or if it has a hidden defect that was not previously disclosed, the Buyer may request cancellation of the transaction and a full refund of the amount paid within a maximum period of 48 hours, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Sales Agreement.

In such cases, we will coordinate the collection of the vehicle at no cost to the buyer.

Sales Process and Legal Protection

Our company is authorised by our partners to manage the complete sales process. The purchase agreement is concluded directly between our company and the final buyer, and we arrange the delivery of the vehicle.

In full compliance with applicable auction laws, the auction and sales process is supervised by a law firm or notary public in the country of origin of the vehicle, appointed by our partners, who are the legal owners of the vehicles. This provides legal oversight throughout the transaction and protection for all parties involved.

This process allows "Partner" vehicles to be purchased entirely online while maintaining a high level of transparency, security, and protection for both the buyer and the seller.

Vehicles listed as "Reserved" or "Sold"

Vehicles listed as "Reserved" or "Sold" are no longer available for purchase, as they have been assigned to other buyers.

Vehicle Warranty

Every vehicle purchased through our platform comes with a one-year warranty with unlimited mileage.

The warranty is contracted directly with the manufacturer and is activated on the day of the vehicle handover or delivery.

It covers the following components:

• Engine
• Transmission
• Mechanical and electrical components

The warranty is valid at any authorised manufacturer service centre across Europe and is fully transferable if the vehicle is re-sold.

If the vehicle is still covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, that warranty will remain in effect.

Export Services

We provide export services across Europe and internationally, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

For buyers in Spain and other EU Member States, the final registration fees are included in the vehicle price, and we manage the entire registration process on your behalf.

If your desired vehicle is not currently available in our inventory, simply share your requirements with us. Our team will use our extensive network of trusted partners to source the right vehicle that matches your preferences.

How to Buy a Vehicle Listed as "Partner"

Option 1: "Buy Now" (Private Individuals and Businesses)

This option allows both private individuals and businesses to purchase the vehicle immediately at the "Buy Now Price" displayed in the listing, without participating in the online auction.

By selecting the "Buy Now" option, you may submit a purchase request for the vehicle at the displayed price. Once you have completed and signed the electronic Order Form, and we have received and verified the required documentation, the vehicle will be withdrawn from the auction and reserved exclusively for you.

This option ensures that the vehicle is secured for you without the uncertainty of the bidding process.

The "Buy Now Price" is fixed by our partners and is not negotiable.

To reserve and order a vehicle, you must complete and electronically sign the Order Form available through the "Buy Now" option and provide the required documentation.

If you are purchasing the vehicle on behalf of a company or as a sole trader, you must also provide the company registration certificate and VAT number, where applicable.

Once we have received and verified the Order Form and all required documentation, we will send you the sales contract for your review and signature. After receiving the duly signed purchase agreement, we will issue the proforma invoice with the payment instructions.

Option 2: "Bid Now" (Exclusive for Businesses)

This option is available exclusively to businesses and sole traders, regardless of their field of activity, and allows them to place bids in the online auction.

What does "Starting Bid" mean?

This is the starting price of the auction. All bids must be equal to or higher than this amount. Bids below the starting price will not be accepted.

Once your bid has been submitted, you will receive a notification within 24 hours informing you whether your bid was the winning bid. If multiple bids are received during this 24-hour period, the highest valid bid will be accepted.

The "Buy Now" option allows you to purchase the vehicle immediately at the listed "Buy Now" price, which includes VAT and our commission.

By selecting this option, you confirm your intent to proceed with the purchase at the stated price, with no additional charges or hidden costs.

Vehicle Collection & Delivery

Once your purchase has been confirmed and payment has been received, the vehicle will be transported from our partner’s secure logistics center to our facility within 7 to 10 working days.

Upon arrival, the vehicle will undergo a final inspection at an official manufacturer-authorised service centre to ensure that it fully matches the described condition. The full inspection report will be provided to you before the vehicle is handed over or delivered.

Once the inspection has been completed, the vehicle will be registered. You will then be notified to arrange either collection or delivery of the vehicle.

Pickup: You may collect the vehicle directly from our premises at no additional cost.

Delivery: Alternatively, we can arrange delivery to your preferred location. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

We offer vehicle delivery services across Europe and internationally. Vehicles are transported using our own fleet or through trusted logistics partners. The delivery fee is €0.50 per kilometre. You can easily calculate the exact delivery cost using the delivery calculator available in each vehicle listing.

For long-distance deliveries requiring maritime or ocean transport, we work with specialised providers to ensure a safe and seamless delivery process.

Export Fee

A fixed fee of €350 will be added to the final vehicle price to cover all sales and export documentation, where applicable.

This all-inclusive fee covers all administrative procedures related to the sale and export of the vehicle, with no hidden charges.

Payment Method for Vehicles Listed as "Partner"

Bank Transfer

Payment must be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided by our company.

Once you reserve and order the vehicle, we will send you the sales contract by email. The contract includes the vehicle photos, full description, warranty, registration information, as well as the terms and conditions described on this page.

We can also provide you with a draft of the sales contract before you reserve and order the vehicle, so you can review all the terms and conditions before proceeding with your purchase.

Once we receive the signed contract, we will issue a proforma invoice containing the vehicle details, mileage, the total amount payable, and the bank account details.

Important Payment Information for Vehicles listed as "Partner"

For vehicles listed as "Partner", the full payment is required, and the amount transferred by the buyer is considered a fully refundable security deposit, as specified in the sales contract.

This deposit is required to reserve the vehicle and secure the purchase process. It does not become the final payment until the buyer has received the vehicle, completed the inspection period of five (5) business days and confirmed acceptance of the vehicle in accordance with the conditions established in the sales contract.

During this inspection period, the buyer may verify the vehicle, perform the necessary checks and confirm that it corresponds to the description, photographs, equipment and conditions provided in the sales contract.

If the buyer accepts the vehicle after the inspection period, the deposit will automatically be applied as the final payment for the purchase of the vehicle.

If the vehicle does not correspond to the description, photographs, equipment or presents any undisclosed defects, the buyer may exercise the right of return established in the sales contract and the deposit will be refunded in full.

Our priority is to ensure that every buyer can purchase with complete confidence. For this reason, Partner vehicles include a contractual inspection period before the purchase is considered finally accepted.

Buyer Protection Guarantee, Vehicle Inspection and Return Policy

Inspection and Acceptance Period

From the day you take possession of your vehicle, you will have a five (5) working day inspection period. During this time, you may have the vehicle inspected at any service centre of your choice and drive it for up to 600 kilometres to ensure that it meets your expectations.

We encourage you to inspect the vehicle carefully and take it for a test drive.

If, during the inspection period, you identify any issues or discrepancies between the vehicle and its description, condition, or photos as set out in the sales contract, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve them without delay.

For vehicles listed as "Partner", we carry out an additional inspection before delivery at an official manufacturer-authorised service centre to ensure that the vehicle is in excellent condition and fully matches the description provided.

Reasons for Refusing the Vehicle

You may refuse to accept the vehicle only for valid and documented reasons, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Discrepancies between the vehicle and the description, condition, or photos set out in the sales contract;
• Missing equipment or features that were clearly specified in the vehicle description;
• Damage or defects that were not disclosed before the purchase.

The grounds for refusing the vehicle, together with the applicable procedure, are clearly set out in the sales contract.

We ensure that every vehicle is accurately described and thoroughly inspected before delivery, and customer satisfaction remains one of our highest priorities.

Refusal Procedure

If you choose to refuse the vehicle, you will need to complete and sign the "Vehicle Return Form", clearly stating the reasons for your refusal.

The completed form must be submitted within forty-eight (48) working hours after the end of the five (5) working day inspection period, in accordance with the terms set out in your sales contract.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within forty-eight (48) business hours of receiving the signed "Vehicle Return Form".

Once the refund has been approved, we will arrange the vehicle collection at our partners' expense within twenty-four (24) business hours.

Voucher for Accepted Vehicles

Once you accept the vehicle, you will receive a €1,000 voucher that can be applied towards your next purchase on our platform. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. For more information, please visit our "Voucher" page.

Delivery Failure

If the vehicle is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed within forty-eight (48) working hours after the agreed delivery deadline has expired.

Buyer’s Responsibility

You are responsible for carrying out a thorough inspection of the vehicle within the five (5) working day inspection period. We highly recommend having the vehicle inspected at an authorised service centre of the manufacturer to ensure that its condition meets your expectations.
